Josefine Langer Shohat is a PhD candidate at the Humboldt University Berlin and a Minerva Fellow at the Hebrew University Jerusalem. In her dissertation project, she examines transnational networks of Holocaust researchers in Europe and Israel in the 1940s to 1960s with a focus on the Wiener Library in London. Prior to coming to Jerusalem, Josefine was a Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich PhD Fellow and a Research Fellow at the German Historical Institute London. Josefine holds a MA in Modern History and a BA in History and Area Studies from Humboldt University Berlin.
